Dr. Chalmers Brings Fishy Experience to Cambridge Who's Who

Omega-3 specialist Dr. Chalmers founded companies manufacturing fish oil products

Venice, FL, July 28, 2010 /Science and Research PR News/ -- With 25 years of professional experience as both physician and business leader, Anne-Marie Chalmers, President of Ambo Health, LLC, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership, and excellence in business management.

Dr. Chalmers began her medical career in Norway, known as the homeland of omega-3 fish oil. Specializing in general preventive medicine, Dr. Chalmers became increasingly interested in omega-3 as a means of preventing and alleviating health problems, including dementia, arthritis, and neurodevelopment disorders.

After returning to the United States in 2000, Dr. Chalmers dedicated her life to learning more about omega-3. Ten years later, she is a recognized expert on omega-3 fish oil, and has founded three companies that manufacture omega-3-based products for horses and humans.

"Even though I no longer practice medicine, the tremendous positive feedback that I receive from customers is rewarding," said Dr. Chalmers. "I can help people improve their health by creating products that are palatable and easy to use."

Dr. Chalmers received her MD from the University of Oslo and her BA from Brown University. In the future, she plans to expand her business, continue educating people on the benefits of omega-3 fish oil, and perform more research.
