As Director of the Parent Infant Research Institute and throughout her exceptional 25 year professional career, she has consistently performed at an outstanding level.
Parent Infant Research Institute is a vigorous and innovative Australian research institute whose aim is to develop and apply treatments to improve the emotional well-being of parents and infants, and conduct basic research to maximize infant development. They have performed intensive research into evidence-based treatments for improving difficulties facing parents and infants. The institute is comprised of a unique team of clinical and academic staff to inform the development and application of innovative interventions.
Dr. Milgrom earned a Bachelor of Science Degree and PhD, graduating with Honors from the University Of Melbourne. She is a member of the Victoria Registration Board and Therapy Association Of Australia as well as being a Fellow of The Australian Psychology Society. In addition, Dr. Milgrom has been a Fellow of Harkness since 1999.
